Elle lancera Brains Consulting quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, en 2018. Mais malgr\u00e9 l\u2019enthousiasme que ces approches peuvent susciter, elles requi\u00e8rent des d\u00e9marches qui s\u2019inscrivent sur le long terme et n\u00e9cessitent un changement de paradigme radical pour des acteurs priv\u00e9s habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 dominer des march\u00e9s peu concurrentiels. \u00ab<em>Ce n\u2019est pas toujours \u00e9vident de promouvoir l\u2019approche Lean. Bien que les interlocuteurs soient sensibles aux arguments de la lutte contre les gaspillages, d\u2019une gestion plus efficiente des ressources et de la satisfaction client, beaucoup d\u2019entreprises ont longtemps joui d\u2019une position de force. Que ce soit en termes de prix, de d\u00e9lais et de qualit\u00e9, le manque d\u2019offre par rapport \u00e0 la demande a forg\u00e9 des consommateurs r\u00e9sign\u00e9s et moins exigeants, qui ont fait du crit\u00e8re prix le premier, voir l\u2019unique, dans leur d\u00e9cision d\u2019achat \u00bb <\/em>explique Karidja. Loin de l\u2019approche standardis\u00e9e ax\u00e9e sur les certifications qu\u2019elle a elle-m\u00eame connue, Karidja pose le cadre et co-construit avec les \u00e9quipes. \u00ab <em>J\u2019ai arr\u00eat\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer le deuxi\u00e8me jour de mes formations \u00e0 l\u2019avance. J\u2019enseigne une approche, pas une m\u00e9thodologie. Je demande aux participants de m\u2019expliquer leurs probl\u00e9matiques et nous identifions ensemble quels sont les aspects de l\u2019approche qui permettront de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins existants, quitte \u00e0 combiner plusieurs outils<\/em>, <em>il n\u2019y a pas une recette<\/em> \u00bb explique Karidja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-weight: normal; font-size: large;\">In fine, Karidja adopte davantage la posture d\u2019un <em>Seinsei<\/em>, cherchant davantage \u00e0 b\u00e2tir la capacit\u00e9 des participants \u00e0 trouver les r\u00e9ponses, plut\u00f4t que de leur faire apprendre une m\u00e9thode. D\u2019ailleurs, lorsqu\u2019elle forme au premier niveau de certification, Karidja ne donne jamais une d\u00e9finition du Lean aux participants. C\u2019est seulement au terme du programme qu\u2019elle leur demande de donner leur propre d\u00e9finition. Elle a \u00e9galement mis en place un rituel: la traduction en langue locale du terme d\u2019\u00ab am\u00e9lioration continue \u00bb. Pour elle, \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il s\u2019agit de trouver les mots pour transmettre la pens\u00e9e d\u2019adopter une d\u00e9marche de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue pour se l\u2019approprier. Cela permet \u00e9galement \u00e0 ceux qui ne s\u2019expriment pas forc\u00e9ment en fran\u00e7ais et, qui pourtant, jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le processus de cr\u00e9ation de valeur de l\u2019entreprise de mieux la saisir<\/em>\u00bb. La d\u00e9marche est d\u2019autant plus pertinente alors que des chercheurs en linguistique ont pu d\u00e9montrer que la repr\u00e9sentation du monde passe par les langues parl\u00e9es. Par exemple, les participants d\u2019une multinationale de la distribution de produits pharmaceutiques\u00a0\u00e0 Dakar ont choisi l\u2019expression W\u00f4l\u00f4f \u00ab d\u00e9m ba jeex \u00bb ou \u00ab Dembadjeghe \u00bb qui signifie se donner \u00e0 fond pour baptiser cette nouvelle mani\u00e8re de travailler.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-weight: normal; font-size: large; color: #000000;\">Alors qu\u2019elle lance son activit\u00e9, Karidja r\u00e9alise qu\u2019elle devra int\u00e9grer certains concepts suppl\u00e9mentaires. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les parcours de formation que j\u2019ai suivis s\u2019attachaient \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les principes et les outils Lean, alors que la conduite du changement et le leadership Lean ne l\u2019\u00e9taient pas, car consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquis \u00bb. <\/em>Elle pr\u00e9cise <em>\u00ab\u00a0ce n\u2019est pas le cas pour le public de mes formations<\/em> \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia; font-weight: normal; font-size: large; color: #000000;\">Cr\u00e9er un climat de confiance pour permettre \u00e0 des groupes a-hi\u00e9rarchiques de s\u2019exprimer n\u00e9cessite des formations en pr\u00e9sentiel. \u00ab\u00a0<em>J\u2019ai tent\u00e9 l\u2019aventure en visio mais j\u2019ai rapidement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019arr\u00eater. J\u2019ai besoin de lire dans les yeux que le message passe. Pour avancer il faut cr\u00e9er une dynamique inclusive. Cela n\u00e9cessite de mettre tous les participants suffisamment \u00e0 l\u2019aise pour leur faire dire ce qu\u2019ils ne pensaient pas pouvoir exprimer au sein de groupes hi\u00e9rarchiquement mixtes. <\/em>Elle poursuit\u00a0:<em> \u00ab\u00a0Je m\u2019attache \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un cadre au pr\u00e9alable permettant le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une culture favorable \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre du Lean\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em> Consciente qu\u2019il ne faut pas sous-estimer le frein que peut constituer le Lean aupr\u00e8s de certains managers d\u00e9tenteurs de l\u2019information, ce qui l\u00e9gitimise leur statut et fait droit aux yeux de leurs subordonn\u00e9s, Karidja se montre strat\u00e8ge. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Culturellement, la transmission de l\u2019information s\u2019est toujours faite de mani\u00e8re descendante de telle sorte que chacun re\u00e7oive les bonnes informations lui permettant de r\u00e9aliser son travail efficacement. Il n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident de cr\u00e9er un diagramme de flux de l\u2019information ascendant, alors m\u00eame que la d\u00e9tention de l\u2019information participe du statut hi\u00e9rarchique<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. Sa technique\u00a0? Elle poursuit : \u00ab<em>l\u2019organigramme c\u2019est le drame de nos entreprises. Nous sommes attach\u00e9s aux titres, aux rapports de subordination et au relationnel au-del\u00e0 de la production de valeur<\/em>\u00bb.
