Cela permet de traiter les diff\u00e9rents champs comportementaux d\u2019ordre culturel d\u2019une mani\u00e8re \u00e9clair\u00e9e et intelligible. Une fois la prise de conscience \u00e9tablie, l\u2019enjeu est d\u2019\u00eatre capable d\u2019en tirer parti. Car les dissemblances peuvent constituer de v\u00e9ritables leviers et une formidable source de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, mais elles peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine de difficult\u00e9s, voire d\u2019\u00e9checs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Le Dr. Carol Kovach, de l\u2019universit\u00e9 californienne UCLA, s\u2019est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e au paradoxe des \u00e9quipes compos\u00e9es de cultures multiples. Pour les organisations, il est donc imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019identifier les facteurs qui favorisent la performance, comme ceux qui sont \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019obstacles, et de d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences interculturelles de ses membres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: xx-large;\"><strong>Mais comment d\u00e9finir la comp\u00e9tence interculturelle\u00a0?<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9s afin de mesurer l\u2019intelligence culturelle. Il existe m\u00eame un outil de mesure appel\u00e9 le \u00ab\u00a0CQ\u00a0\u00bb pour quotient culturel, mis au point par les professeurs Christopher Earley et Soon Ang. Ils ont d\u00e9fini l\u2019intelligence culturelle comme \u00e9tant la capacit\u00e9 naturelle d\u2019un \u00e9tranger \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter les signaux culturels inconnus et \u00e0 y r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">Le CQ se distingue par trois caract\u00e9ristiques principales\u00a0:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">La t\u00eate, ou la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles informations sur une culture\u00a0;<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">Le c\u0153ur, ou la motivation et la confiance en soi face \u00e0 une culture\u00a0;<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">Le corps, ou la capacit\u00e9 d&#8217;adapter les actions et les comportements afin qu&#8217;ils soient appropri\u00e9s dans une nouvelle culture.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de formation WorldWork Ltd d\u00e9finit les comp\u00e9tences interculturelles comme un savant m\u00e9lange d\u2019aptitudes qui s\u2019appuie sur le concept <em>Push &amp; Pull<\/em>, tir\u00e9 du marketing, et les a \u00e9valu\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un outil\u00a0: <em>The International Profiler<\/em> (TIP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0c71c3; font-family: ABeeZee;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Le cerveau \u00e9tant capable de repr\u00e9sentations culturelles multiples, la comp\u00e9tence interculturelle c\u2019est un peu la capacit\u00e9 de changer son <em>software<\/em><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\" style=\"color: #0c71c3;\">[2]<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> <\/span><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">culturel \u00e0 la demande.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Lorsqu\u2019un individu rencontre une nouvelle culture, il se retrouve en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 face \u00e0 lui-m\u00eame. Une identit\u00e9 ancr\u00e9e et affermie permet de communiquer ses valeurs et ses objectifs et d\u2019y faire adh\u00e9rer l\u2019autre, et ce malgr\u00e9 les barri\u00e8res. C\u2019est le <em>Push<\/em>. D\u2019autre part, il faut se connecter \u00e0 l\u2019autre. L\u2019\u00e9coute, l\u2019ouverture et la flexibilit\u00e9 permettent d\u2019entamer l\u2019\u00e9change. C\u2019est le <em>Pull<\/em>. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cette approche illustre le fait qu\u2019en termes de culture, tout est question d\u2019\u00e9quilibre et de dosage.
