Passionn\u00e9e, j\u2019ai alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tudier davantage la communication interculturelle dans le cadre d\u2019un programme europ\u00e9en. Ce fut une opportunit\u00e9 extraordinaire qui m\u2019a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment servie \u00e0 l\u2019aube d\u2019un parcours professionnel qui allait me mener sur diff\u00e9rents continents, \u00e0 la rencontre de nouvelles cultures. Cela fait pr\u00e8s de 15 ans que je travaille dans les domaines de la vente et du business d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 l\u2019international.<\/p>\n<p>Plus tard, j\u2019allais me porter volontaire pour d\u00e9velopper une formation en communication interculturelle au sein de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de mon entreprise. C\u2019est ainsi que je fus sollicit\u00e9e pour former des \u00e9quipes en charge de l\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle et de la transformation. A cette occasion j\u2019ai constat\u00e9 que les programmes n\u2019abordaient pas sp\u00e9cifiquement la question de la diversit\u00e9 culturelle. Or, des freins d\u2019ordre culturel peuvent rapidement engloutir les efforts et les moyens investis, alors m\u00eame qu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de fatalit\u00e9. Certains aspects culturels peuvent m\u00eame faciliter le changement.<\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que le domaine de l\u2019interculturel, tout comme celui du Lean, sont des d\u00e9marches, pas des destinations. J&#8217;utiliserais m\u00eame le terme d\u2019exploration, parce qu\u2019on y d\u00e9couvre de nouvelles choses tout au long du chemin. En charge du d\u00e9ploiement du Programme Lean industriels et office sur les 5 continents, le Lean Cultural Compass est devenu un outil strat\u00e9gique pour la Communaut\u00e9 Lean. Le Lean est un voyage humain et la boussole culturelle du Lean en facilite la navigation. On y trouve une grande exigence en mati\u00e8re de respect de la personne et de responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard d\u2019autrui et de la collectivit\u00e9. Le LEAN est une \u00e9cole d\u2019acceptation de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e0 travers une transparence rigoureuse que temp\u00e8rent le droit \u00e0 l\u2019erreur et l\u2019appropriation collective des probl\u00e8mes. Nombre des outils mis en \u0153uvre dans le LEAN sont communs avec d\u2019autres approches du travail, mais seule l\u2019\u00e9thique que le LEAN y associe permet de les transformer en moyens de d\u00e9veloppement de la personne. Je me suis ensuite rendu au Royaume-Uni pour mes \u00e9tudes. J\u2019y ai travaill\u00e9 quelques ann\u00e9es avant de rejoindre Toyota en Australie, et plus tard le groupe Nexans Olex. Et c\u2019est en 2016 que je suis rentr\u00e9 en Chine dans le cadre de mon activit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Donc, je peux dire que j\u2019ai une exp\u00e9rience tr\u00e8s dynamique de travail avec diff\u00e9rentes cultures et coll\u00e8gues de diverses parties du monde. Par exemple, lorsque je travaillais en Australie, il y avait 16 coll\u00e8gues dans le m\u00eame bureau et ils venaient de 10 pays diff\u00e9rents. Je me rends compte qu\u2019ils se comportent et communiquent de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente, mais je ne pouvais pas expliquer la raison.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est bien plus tard, que j\u2019ai compris les raisons pour lesquelles les individus issus de diff\u00e9rentes cultures se comportent et communiquent diff\u00e9remment, suite \u00e0 la session de formation que j\u2019ai suivi sur la communication et le management interculturel de Natacha Jushko.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des ateliers, j\u2019ai pu davantage appr\u00e9hender <strong>les diff\u00e9rences culturelles. <\/strong>Il est capital de comprendre leurs origines pour pouvoir adapter sa communication et son management. Et cela permet d\u2019 \u00e9viter les \u00e9cueils les plus courants.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que champion Lean, il est particuli\u00e8rement important d\u2019appr\u00e9hender les diff\u00e9rences culturelles. Dans le cadre de ma mission, j\u2019\u00e9tais en lien avec des Australiens, des N\u00e9o-Z\u00e9landais, des Chinois, des Cor\u00e9ens, des Japonais et des Fran\u00e7ais. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure d\u2019adopter diff\u00e9rentes approches pour \u00eatre en mesure de convaincre et <strong>d\u2019amener les gens <\/strong>\u00e0 bord en vue de remporter une plus large adh\u00e9sion au projet, afin que les principes du Lean soient appliqu\u00e9s et suivis. Le rapport \u00e0 la hi\u00e9rarchie constitue un facteur culture classique\u00a0: l\u00e0 o\u00f9 certaines cultures pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent une approche hi\u00e9rarchique descendante, d\u2019autres con\u00e7oivent des rapports \u00e9galitaires, et d\u2019autres encore partagent ses deux approches.<\/p>\n<p>La formation que j\u2019ai suivi en communication et management interculturel m\u2019aide dans ma vie professionnelle au quotidien. J\u2019encourage d\u2019ailleurs tous les responsables de programme Lean ( et en particulier les champions r\u00e9gionaux et <em>corporates<\/em>) de se former sur le sujet. Je suis convaincue aujourd<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>hui qu<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>on ne peut dissocier Lean et Culture.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Le Lean a pour vocation d<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>apprendre <\/em><em>\u00e0 <\/em><em>voir ce qui se passe autour de nous afin d\u2019\u00eatre plus agiles, de d\u00e9tecter et de r\u00e9soudre les probl<\/em><em>\u00e8<\/em><em>mes. Mais il permet surtout de mieux travailler et de cr\u00e9er un environnement o<\/em><em>\u00f9 <\/em><em>nous pouvons tous devenir autonomes et apprendre chaque jour. Et c<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>est pour cette raison qu<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>il est indissociable de la culture.
