Eager to learn more about your bias?

The concept teaches the ability to recognize one’s lens. By broadening your view of the world and others, you will be able to deploy Lean more efficiently around the globe.

WELCOME!

The “house of Lean” is a comprehensive ecosystem that has people at its center, which means that there are cultural paradoxes that have to be managed. Ultimately culture plays a crucial role in Lean deployment, it can either create roadblocks or on the contrary, accelerate the process.

Lean is a powerful methodology as it pushes to look below the surface, beyond bias (including cultural ones) to deal with issues from a technical standpoint.

The concept provides the keys to ensure successful depoyment in multicultural context.

The Lean Cultural Concept aims at promoting cross-cultural understanding while deploying Lean.

It  answers the following questions:

What are the cultural elements that have influenced Lean philosophy?

How to anticipate and overcome cultural barriers?

What are the keys to success ?

Why should you consider culture?

Lean is first and foremost a work ethic and a human development system which includes a high level of respect and responsibility towards others. Implementing Lean, a unique culture, requires building bridges with local cultures, because “science without conscience is but the ruin of the soul”...

Benoit Gandillot

Author and Jury coordinator, Global Council of Corporate Universities

Transformation programs do not, or little, address the question of cultural diversity. It is such a pity to invest much effort and money while lacking sustainable improvements because of cultural issues that could be approached effectively. The Lean cultural concept is there to fill the need!

Natacha Jushko

Founder of the Lean Cultural Concept, Trainer & Author

In charge of the deployment of the Industrial and Office Lean Programs on five continents, the Lean Cultural Compass has become a strategic tool systematically integrated into my transformation roadmap. Lean is a human journey and the Cultural Compass of Lean makes it easier to navigate.

Mohand Hammoum

Senior VP Operations, Moodey's ESG solutions

Lean’s mission is to learn, to see what is happening around us. This is why it is essential to be able to understand others through their own prisms. It allows us to work more efficiently and create an environment where we can all become autonomous and learn every day.

Scarlet Wittkowsky

Global Operational Excellence Lead, Wefox

As a Lean leader, it is especially important to understand cultural differences. The Cross-Cultural communication workshop has helped me in my daily working life. I would highly suggest all Lean leaders              ( particularly regional and corporate ones) take this kind of workshop.

Tom Geng

From my personal and humble experience in delivering Lean training and coaching projects across many countries, I strongly believe that understanding the mysterious codes  of cultural dimensions is crucial to deliver greater operational performance.
